Our client, a private healthcare provider based in Leinster is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join their Nursing Home based in Shankill, Dublin.

Location : Shankill, Dublin 18

Job type : Permanent / Full-time

Hours : Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly, fully onsite

Key Duties : Lead and motivate nursing and care teams to deliver excellent care.

Act as a role model, promoting the organisation's values and standards.

Support staff development and leadership growth.

Oversee care quality and hold staff accountable.

Deputise for the Director of Nursing when needed.

Help plan and manage resources effectively.

Must be registered with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland).

Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience at a nursing management level.

Must have experience in elderly / geriatric care Do not offer sponsorship for this role - only accepting minimum stamp 4 visa or EU passport holders
