Funds Company Secretary

Are you an experienced Company Secretary looking for an exciting opportunity in the funds sector? This company is seeking a skilled professional to join their specialist Funds Company Secretary team.

A minimum of two years' experience in Company Secretarial work is required, though it does not need to be within funds.

Key Responsibilities

Manage company secretarial matters for a portfolio of clients.

Collaborate with client legal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Handle company incorporations, dissolutions, board changes, and amendments to constitutional documents.

Ensure compliance with statutory filing obligations, including beneficial ownership and annual return requirements.

Maintain statutory books and manage company files.

Attend board meetings and prepare detailed minutes.

Provide responsive client service for company secretarial queries.

Key Skills and Requirements

A minimum of two years’ relevant experience

A superb eye for detail and highly organised approach.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
