The main areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to : -
- Review annual returns with the Companies Registration Office.
- Assist clients with compliance under beneficial ownership regulations.
- Assist Corporate Finance on transactional work
- File documentation for company incorporations and name change applications.
- Ensure adherence to statutory / regulatory requirements and filing deadlines.
- Maintain highest standards of quality and client service.
- Address client queries and onboard new clients.
- Maintain statutory books and records for Irish entities.
- Arrange document execution, notarisations, and filings.
- Manage day-to-day corporate governance queries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide solutions to client challenges.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients.
- Prepare tenders and costing for individual tailored transactions
- Manage and train internal team members.
The ideal candidate will :
Hold a 3rd level qualification in a related area.Have a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a similar business setting – professional firm desirable.Be qualified or be in the process of obtaining a qualification with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, in which case ICSA course sponsorship, study and exam leave will be included;Be highly computer literate with experience of the main MS applications;Ideally have experience of Company Secretarial software e.g. Blueprint or Datacare;Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail;Previous experience mentoring / training staff members desirable.Work well in a team environment and have an ability to operate on own initiative;Have the ability to take a pro-active role in ensuring that daily, weekly, monthly tasks are achieved on time and within or exceeding targets;Have the ability to prioritise, plan and complete multiple activities on time.Benefits include :
