Sales & Marketing Executive The Sales and Marketing Executive in CJK is responsible for managing the tender proposal process, producing high-quality content and building relationships with internal partners. This role offers considerable autonomy to work on your own initiative and is ideal for a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and creative flair. The responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Executive in CJK include : Supporting and assisting the Senior Management Team in the creation and implementation of the marketing plan. Creating engaging and informative marketing materials such as presentation decks, brochures, case studies and adverts Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce high-quality content that showcases the company's capabilities and expertise Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders e.g. Directors, Business Unit Leads, Project Managers Coordinate, plan and gather high-quality bid proposal documents for tendering / bidding activities, Tender Questionnaires and Pre-qualifications Manage and coordinate clients bid requirements within the various departments such as Commercial, Quality, EHS etc, and collate and compile all responses Gather tender information and references from various internal and external sources Monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to Ensure that tender submissions are standardized with CJK branding and to Client's tender requirements Maintain and organise tender filing system Qualifications A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Familiarity with tender management processes, including project management, proposal development, and competitor analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of the construction industry is a distinct advantage.
