Do you have a passion for HR systems and data analytics? We are looking for a  HRIS Specialist  to join a dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented and data-savvy, ready to make an impact by optimising HR systems and processes.

The Role :

• Manage and maintain the HRIS system, Access People XD (formerly CoreHR), ensuring data integrity and seamless functionality.
• Conduct regular audits to uphold data security and accuracy.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards on key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, payroll, and gender pay gap.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards, including GDPR.
• Support payroll processing and collaborate on HR projects, including process improvement and system upgrades.
