Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Senior Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. This on-site role is based in Dublin 4 at the Schoolhouse Hotel & GastroBar. The successful candidate will oversee key HR responsibilities, including benefits administration, HR management, HRIS operations, and ensuring strict adherence to labor and employment laws. Qualifications - Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR management. - Demonstrated experience in benefits administration. - Proficiency in managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). - Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Prior experience in the hospitality industry and employee training is highly advantageous.
