HR Coordinator, €50-55k

The perks New permanent HR Coordinator role within an award-winning Irish Company, Dundrum Opportunities to lead employee engagement initiatives (wellbeing, sustainability, social) and involvement in international HR operations Access to employee benefit schemes such as TaxSaver, Bike to Work, Specsavers, and annual vaccination programmes Structured professional development and the opportunity to work closely with senior HR leadership A collaborative culture with support from an experienced and high-performing team Salary circa €50-55k depending on experience, 1 day WFH #The opportunity : Maintain employee data in HRIS and other systems, ensuring high accuracy Liaise with relevant departments re new hires and internal changes Organise and manage bi-weekly company inductions (scheduling, logistics, materials) Support visa applications and renewals for employee relocations and secondments Respond to employee and manager queries via the HR Help Desk Draft employment-related letters (contracts, amendments, salary adjustments) Issue employment confirmations, salary certificates, and references Liaise with external benefit providers and coordinate employee benefit schemes Prepare and compile monthly payroll reports across three countries for finance processing #The person : Previous HR Admin / Coordinator exp (essential) Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy Prior experience in payroll processing (multi-country is a bonus) The ability to handle sensitive data with integrity and discretion Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet monthly deadlines Confident communication and a helpful, customer-service approach Collaborative mindset and the ability to engage well with others Competency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools Skills : Human Resources Payroll Processing Payroll Administration
