About the Role :
Cpl are currently working with our legacy client partner who are recruiting for an experienced Property and Facilities Manager to oversee a prestigious, multi-tenant corporate office facility based in Dublin 22.
Offering a hybrid working model, this stand-alone role is ideal for a commercially focused property management professional who enjoys delivering an exceptional client experience while managing a complex, high-profile site.
The building currently hosts 5 key clients with scope to accommodate an additional 3–5 tenants by mid-.
You will be the primary point of contact for all existing tenants and for the site owner themselves, with responsibility for managing 50 vendor contracts, tenant engagement, capital projects, fit-outs, and service delivery across hard and soft FM services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the central liaison for all tenants and the site owner, providing a high-touch customer service experience.
- Oversee and manage contracts with approx. 50 external vendors, ensuring quality and compliance across all service levels.
- Collaborate closely with the adjacent production facility’s Head of Engineering to ensure continuous utility and plant services provision to the office complex.
- Manage all hard and soft services on-site, including cleaning, security, maintenance, landscaping, and M&E.
- Lead and coordinate all new tenant fit-outs, layout reconfigurations, and minor / major construction projects on-site.
- Chair monthly tenant meetings, ensuring open communication, issue resolution, and continued service improvement.
- Develop strong internal stakeholder relationships to maximise building utilisation and cost efficiency.
- Support marketing and leasing efforts to attract and onboard new tenants by maintaining a best-in-class property environment.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and health & safety requirements.
- Oversee service performance reviews, budgets, and KPIs across all managed areas.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Ideally you will hold a relevant qualification in Property or Facilities ManagementMinimum 7 years’ experience in a Property or Facilities Management role, ideally in a multi-tenant commercial or corporate environment.Proven track record of vendor management, service delivery improvement, and stakeholder engagement.Comfortable working independently in a high-responsibility role, with no direct reports.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys a client-facing environment.A relevant technical background in HVAC, mechanical or electrical building services would be a distinct advantage.Familiarity with fit-out projects and managing capital works on commercial properties.What’s on Offer :
