Spa Manager - Luxury Retreat

Red D are recruiting a Spa Manager for a luxury retreat near Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiencedSpa Manager whos passionate about creating a warm, welcoming and exceptional guest experience. In this hands-on role, youll oversee the daily running of the spa, leading the team and ensuring every guest receives a personalised and high-quality service. Youll focus on maintaining high standards, supporting your team and delivering a seamless luxury experience in line with the retreats boutique style. Key responsibilities : Manage daily spa operations to ensure a smooth and professional service Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest care Develop, implement and monitor standard operating procedures Lead, train and motivate the spa team to deliver excellent service Manage scheduling, stock control and cost management Work closely with senior management and other departments to enhance the overall guest experience What were looking for : Experience as aSpa Manager or in a senior spa role in a luxury or boutique setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support the team A passion for wellness, guest care and service excellence Excellent organisational and communication skills High attention to detail and a calm, professional manner Whats on offer : Competitive salary and benefits A beautiful working environment A supportive and close-knit team culture
