A leading institution in Irelands third-level education sector is looking for a Campaigns & Content Manager to join its fast-paced and ambitious marketing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our digital engagement efforts shaping compelling content, leading innovative campaigns, and building a brand that informs, educates, and inspires. Youll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate across channels and drive measurable impact. Typically your day to day will involve : Own and execute cross-channel campaigns, from concept through to analysis, across email, social, video, podcasts, and events. Lead email marketing strategy including audience segmentation, automation workflows, A / B testing, and performance optimisation. Drive social media strategy, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, to enhance brand awareness and community engagement. Produce and promote high-quality multimedia content, including webinars, videos, and podcasts owning the process from idea to publish. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to align messaging, tone, and goals. Optimise campaign performance through insights, data analysis, and the use of tools like Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, and AI content assistants. It is expected that you have 35 years' experience in a campaign-led marketing role, ideally with a digital or content marketing focus. Strong track record of delivering impactful campaigns from strategy to execution. Confidence with CRM and CMS platforms Dynamics and WordPress preferred. A natural storyteller with creative flair, sharp copywriting skills, and a passion for audience engagement. Experience creating or overseeing webinars, podcasts, and / or video content.
