Are you our next Email Marketing Executive

Location : Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Contract type : Permanent

A snapshot of your peer group :

• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in email marketing, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.
• Proficiency in using email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools; experience with Marketo and Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and effective email content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with marketing-specific tools like Adobe Analytics, AEM, and Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices in email marketing.
• Comfortable with editing and optimising HTML / CSS for email templates.
• A team player with excellent collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with various departments.

This role sits within the central Markets team within KPMG (over 40 people), reporting into the CRM Manager and working with a busy and dynamic Digital Marketing team. The Email Marketing Executive will play a key part in delivering a broad programme of client communications, focused on strengthening relationships, deepening engagement, and raising the profile of the firm across our target sectors.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced email marketing professional who combines attention to detail with a strong grasp of content strategy, data insights, and marketing automation. The role will also involve supporting the implementation of new tools and processes to enhance the effectiveness of our campaigns, so a flexible mindset and a proactive approach to change will be key.

The right candidate will have a proven track record of building effective campaigns that connect with senior audiences and drive measurable results.
