We’ve partnered with a leading Talent Agency, who are looking for a Social Content & Brand Manager to elevate the agency’s presence across platforms — turning bold ideas into standout content that drives business growth, community connection, and global attention.

What You’ll Own :

  • Full social strategy and content execution across all major platforms
  • Creative, data-led campaigns that drive reach, engagement, and commercial growth
  • Relationships with creators, freelancers, and collaborators to expand their influence
  • Trend monitoring to ensure they’re always ahead of the curve
  • Analytics, reporting, and clear performance insights to drive growth
  • UGC and influencer partnerships to amplify their impact
  • Identifying and cultivating top talent to grow their network
  • Planning standout events that fuel buzz and connection
  • Building new brand partnerships and exploring untapped categories

About You :

  • 5+ years of social media or digital content experience — at least 2 years leading strategy
  • Proven success building social campaigns for lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands
  • Passion for storytelling, community building, and design across formats (video, reels, carousels, threads, etc.)
  • Hands-on with AI tools for content creation, planning, or optimisation
  • Confident with data and platform insights to inform decisions
  • Proactive, creative, and unafraid to test new ideas
  • Excellent communicator and project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments
