Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Bid and negotiate purchases for a variety of goods and services across multiple categories of spend including software, technology equipment, facility management / real estate related services, HR services, subscriptions, and general supplies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, providing solutions, support, and customer service
• Negotiate contracts andmercial terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible pricing and service levels, while ensuring favorable legal terms andpliance withpany policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of requisitions and purchase orders
• Identify opportunities for consolidation of suppliers and ways to enhance relationships with existing suppliers
• Assist with the sourcing and onboarding of new vendors, ensuring adherence of all policies and procedures
• Extract and analyze data to support the identification of cost savings, process efficiency, and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Monitor and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
