Procurement Executive The Procurement Executive will report directly to the Procurement Manager and assist with a range of administrative tasks within the Purchasing unit. This role also includes supporting the quotation and tendering processes, while ensuring adherence to the organisations Purchasing Policy. Offices centrally located in Dublin 2 (Near Green & Red Luas line, Tara Street train station and numerous bus routes) €54,000 - €58,000 DOE 28 days Annual Leave, flexible working arrangements & pension plan. Permanent contract 36 hour working week Responsibilities : Purchasing Operations Serve as the primary contact for the Purchase Order (PO) system, ensuring smooth operation and issue resolution with the system provider. Support Requisitioners and Managers with PO processing and system training. Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Accounts Payable) to resolve PO, goods receipt, and invoice queries. Ensure compliance with IAA Purchasing Policy. Manage new supplier onboarding and ongoing maintenance in the PO and Financial Management systems. Oversee the tax clearance process. Quotation & Tendering Assist with quotation processes and manage mini competitions under Framework Agreements. Coordinate quotation activities for purchases under €50K and provide policy guidance. Support the Purchasing Manager with eTenders tasks and all stages of the tender process, from market research to contract execution. Collaborate with departments throughout tendering activities.
