Morgan McKinley is working with a well-established public body to recruit a Procurement Officer in Dublin. This role will managing all stages of the procurement process - from identifying needs, preparing and running tenders, to awarding contracts and monitoring supplier performance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Manage the full procurement processes including tender assessment and evaluation support, provision of feedback to tenderers, contract preparation, post contract review. Ensuring timely, cost-effective and compliant acquisition of goods and services. Develop and implement annual procurement plans aligned with strategic goals. Manage procurement documentation, contracts register, policies, and templates. Oversee supplier performance and service delivery using SLAs and KPIs. Develop a contract management policy and oversee its implementation. Drive training and knowledge sharing on procurement practices within the organisation. Support internal and external audit processes in relation to procurement activities. Use eTenders platform for managing procurement activity Key requirements : 4+ years procurement experience with a track record of delivering outcomes in Public Procurement A thorough knowledge of Public Sector procurement guidelines, rules and regulations.
