We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager 2-HDU to play an integral role in a committed multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• In order to provide high-quality treatment, lead and oversee a multidisciplinary nursing team.
• Provide clinical leadership and consultation to the high dependency unit's nursing staff as well as medical and allied health professionals.
• takes the lead in organizing and carrying out clinical governance initiatives.
• takes part in a multidisciplinary team approach while making decisions about patient care issues.
• Sustain superior interpersonal and communication abilities as well as the use of leadership to direct the provision of services and / or proper patient / client care.
• Create, put into effect, and advocate for evidence-based guidelines and policies that adhere to pertinent industry, professional, and legal criteria that affect patient and client care.
