Requirements : Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a Cath Lab setting Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role (desirable) Postgraduate qualification in cardiology, critical care or management is an advantage Strong leadership, communication and clinical skills Ability to coordinate team performance and ensure safe, high-quality care Eligibility to work in Ireland (Stamp 4 or EU citizenship required) sponsorship is not available Your Responsibilities : Provide clinical and managerial leadership to the Cath Lab nursing team Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Cath Lab to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient care Assist in the development and implementation of policies, protocols and quality improvement initiatives Support and mentor nursing staff, including induction, education and ongoing professional development Collaborate with consultants, cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high clinical standards Monitor patient care outcomes, ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards Why Apply?
