Job Description : Our client, a leading Asset Manager, is looking for a designated person with significant Distribution and Reporting experience to oversee the regulated activities of this organisation in the EU.

Primary Responsibilities : Working as Designated Person to liaise with Distributor to ensure consistency between fund registrations and ensuring all compliance processes / assurance are accurate.

Work with the Client Reporting and Analytics Team to deliver timely sales, reporting, analytics, and oversee global client coverage including : Leading sales activity oversight to support global distribution strategy initiatives including the analysis of large volumes of client transactions, CRM activity, and industry data.

Providing sales reporting; leading efforts to streamline and automate processes and insights, including the introduction of dynamic visualization tools.

Identify and monitor key sales productivity and success metrics globally.

Liaise with Finance to ensure accurate sales attribution is captured for firm reporting.

Lead effort on the budgeting and forecasting process as well as conducting client research (Trends & Benchmarking).

Participate in numerous projects across strategy, process, and efficiency improvements.

Candidate Profile : Relevant Distribution experience in an Irish regulated role.

7+ years' demonstrable experience in reporting and analytics within the asset management industry.

Strong analytical and technical skills; advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is required; experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Salesforce.com, or comparable tools preferred.
