Vice President - Regulatory Reporting

Our client is a multinational investment bank with offices based in Dublin City Centre. As part of continued growth, they are seeking a highly skilled Vice President - Regulatory Reporting to join their Dublin finance team on a permanent basis. This is a regulated position responsible for supporting both internal and external regulatory reporting, with a primary focus on the Irish subsidiary of a major international bank. The successful candidate will serve as the initial reviewer of all regulatory submissions and contribute to the preparation of key prudential reports. The role involves maintaining a strong control environment, driving continuous improvement, and engaging with both internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities : Regulatory Reporting : Review and, as required, prepare internal and external regulatory returns Deliver high-quality prudential returns (Capital, Liquidity, Large Exposures, Asset Encumbrance, Leverage Ratio) Stay informed on changes in regulatory requirements and their impact on reporting processes Oversight & Team Support : Provide coverage for the VP in their absence Mentor and support junior finance team members Process Improvement & Controls : Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all reporting activities Stakeholder Management : Liaise effectively with internal teams and external regulators Provide clear communication and reporting to senior management Risk & Conduct Responsibilities : Monitor, identify, and escalate operational and conduct risks Qualifications & Experience : Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with circa 5+ years post-qualification experience Previous experience within financial services is essential In-depth understanding of FINREP and Irish statistical reporting is desirable Package : Highly competitive base salary Bonus Healthcare Pension Hybrid working Other list of benefits including professional subs For more information or to apply please contact Simon Morris in Morgan McKinley Skills : Regulatory Reporting Capital Reporting Liquidity Reporting Benefits : Work From Home
