Funds Lawyer – Top International Firm

Our client, one of the leading international firms in the Irish market, is looking to expand their Funds team in Dublin by hiring at the Associate level.

Their team is recognised as one of the world’s largest specialist funds teams – they deliver legal advice for asset managers and investment funds on a global basis including Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Guernsey. Their clients range from well-established private equity and mutual fund managers to start-up managers.

Their expertise covers formation and establishment of funds, fund financing, re-domiciliation, regulation, restructuring and distressed funds, termination and liquidation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on each of these areas of funds law.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 1+ year’s PQE in a leading Asset Management team.
