A top-tier law firm in Dublin is recruiting for an Associate to join its market-leading Real Estate Group.

This role offers the opportunity to work with one of Ireland's largest and most respected real estate teams, known for its depth of industry knowledge and ability to deliver comprehensive legal services to a diverse client base.

The team advises on high-profile domestic and international transactions, leveraging expertise across multiple disciplines to provide innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Acting for leading domestic and international market participants.

Providing legal and commercial expertise across a variety of real estate matters.

Collaborating within cross-border and interdisciplinary teams to advise on corporate activities.

Engaging actively in business development initiatives, thought leadership efforts, and identifying opportunities for new work.

Drafting clear and concise legal documents while creating solutions using legal knowledge and commercial judgment.

Attending networking and marketing events to build professional relationships.

Developing strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining diligence, responsibility, and professionalism.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Admitted to practice law in Ireland England or Wales.

Strong academic credentials.

Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills.

High level of commercial awareness and business acumen.

Calm and measured approach to problem-solving under pressure.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
