Job Title : Finishing Foreman Location : Kildare Town, Co. Kildare Salary : Competitive DOE Project : €32M Residential Project We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a dynamic team on a high-profile €32M residential development in Kildare. This is a hands-on role, reporting directly to the Site Manager, overseeing all finishing trades to ensure the delivery of high-quality homes, on time and to specification. You will be joining one of Irelands leading residential developers, renowned for delivering high-quality, award-winning homes across the country. With decades of experience in large-scale residential developments, this team is committed to excellence, safety, and innovation in every project. Key Responsibilities : Lead and coordinate all finishing trades on site, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Plan and schedule day-to-day site activities for finishing operations. Monitor progress against programme and manage any issues proactively. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project management to maintain smooth workflow. Conduct quality inspections and resolve finishing defects efficiently. Candidate Requirements : Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential projects. Strong knowledge of all finishing trades including plastering, painting, joinery, tiling, and flooring. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read drawings and specifications accurately. Commitment to health and safety and quality standards.
