– €65,000 - €75,000 + package

About the Company

Working with a reputable Top Tier Contractor who specialise in delivering high value, technical, commercial and residential developments across the Leinster Region.

Applicants will have the opportunity to work on some exciting D&B developments worth over €100M and avail of long -term and consistent work in County Dublin.

The role will entail looking after all finishing trades on site through to handover.

Working alongside the site manager and project Manager to ensure successful delivery of large development.

The Role

Report to and support Site Manager.

Liaise with, coordinate and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.

Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.

Manage multiple teams of trades to handover.

Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.

Manage and drive labour force.

Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.

Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience with a Main Contractor.

Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification.

(Preferably Carpentry or Joinery)

Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.

Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
