Salary & Remuneration (Part Time)

€13.50 per hour + Competitive commission structure

Earn on average an extra €540 every month by hitting store targets and KPI's

€500 refer a friend bonus

Expectations From The Role

Full cash handling and sales experience provided with an aim at helping you hit your targets

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will

Ensure customers feel supported while their queries are being resolved and proactively update them where required

Understand our customers needs and provide them with a relevant mobile solution

Meet individual / team targets and objectives

Assist store manager in duties

Administrative duties – stock control, cash management, data entry

Be aware of and implement current and new policies and procedures

Be a continuous learner by keeping up to date with eir's mobile and broadband packages versus our competitors

Become an expert in sales techniques with the support of management and your team

Requirements For A Successful Application

Excellent at listening and communicating with a diverse customer base

Adaptable and willing to learn new skills in order to grow

Ambitious and thrive in results-driven environments

People-oriented, finding satisfaction in helping others and upselling on store products

Communicate simply and clearly in a manner that invokes trust

Have a keen interest in mobile phones

0- 2 years retail or sales experience is desirable, although relevant life experience will also be considered
