Restaurant manager - late shift

Night owl required for trendy, central Dublin bar and restaurant This trendy central Dublin bar and restaurant is recruiting a high-energy Restaurant Managerto oversee the night shift. This role will take the reins during their busiest hours - from late evenings into the early morning - ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and a vibrant atmosphere. The Role : Manage floor operations Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ensure team is fully trained and equipped Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care Stock management Manage cash-ups, end-of-day reports and closing duties Enforce licensing laws and ensure safety standards are upheld About You : Minimum two years' experience as Restaurant Manager within a high-volume, upmarketbar or restaurant Confident, energetic and calm under pressure Strong leadership and team management skills A natural problem solver with a can-do attitude Familiarity with late-night operations and Dublin hospitality scene preferred Must be available to work evenings, Saturdays and late nights Were looking for a highly capable, charismatic manager with a passion for hospitality and nightlife.
