Restaurant Manager

This is a contemporary four star hotel with a popular destination restaurant, full of style and amazing views.

They take great pride in their team and now seek a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the smooth operation of their restaurant celebrating modern Irish cuisine with a focus on seasonality and sustainability.

This role will be well supported in terms of finance, hr and procurement as it forms part of a successful hotel operation.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience as Restaurant Manager with a background in quality hotel and restaurant establishments.

Must be a proven team leader with excellent service standards, able to train and motivate team to the highest levels of guest service.

Excellent communication skills, able to positively interact with all guests, colleagues and collaborators

Great attention to detail and keen organisational ability

Strong numeracy skills and financial acumen

Sound judgment in dealing with all situations (guest complaints, staff issues etc)
