Responsibilities : Troubleshoot field issues with hardware and communications set e.g.

CHARMS, cabling, I / O configuration, Ethernet Addressing Support CM SATs throughout project commissioning and qualification phase Complete system updates to correct issues identified under site change process Provide Knowledge
