Principal Responsibilities
Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and / or team members who report into youRaising Purchase Orders (Central Admin)Supporting the business in the UK / NI in relation to all procurement and stock adminDealing with broad range of queries relating to POs etcWorkflow report generation, POs and GRNsManagement of all stock items in 4ps across multiple companiesMaintenance and upkeep of 4ps ERP System. ROI, NI, UK, CaribbeanDealing with all invoices that arrive without Purchase Order numbers. ROI, NI, UKLooking after all travel and accommodation for most of the Actavo companiesPerson Specification Experience
