Job Title : Temporary Supply Chain Administrator Procurement Team Location : Dublin 2 (no parking) Duration : 3 months Reports To : Procurement Manager / Supply Chain Lead Department : Supply Chain / Procurement Job Purpose : To support the Procurement team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, ensuring efficient purchasing processes, supplier coordination, and data accuracy across supply chain activities. Key Responsibilities : Support of the new supply chain management system in place. Liaise with suppliers to confirm order status, lead times, and resolve any delivery or invoicing issues. Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records in ERP or procurement systems. Support sourcing activities by gathering quotes and comparing supplier pricing. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and documentation standards. Update and maintain supplier contact lists and procurement documentation. Assist with reporting, data entry, and document filing related to procurement activities. Support the team in process improvement initiatives and audits as required. Key Skills & Experience : Previous experience in a procurement or supply chain support role preferred. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus. Good communication skills and the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
