Tax Senior Manager - Private Clients

TAX SENIOR MANAGER - PRIVATE CLIENTS Due to strong growth, my client, a leading firm of Business and Tax Advisors, seek a Tax Senior Manager for their growing tax team.

The are full service firm offering expertise all all areas of tax.

This role will be a key hire in their fast growing Private Clients Tax team and will have a significant tax planning focus for their clients include High Net Worths, international clients, indigenous groups and Owner Managed Businesses.

The role will be offered on a hybrid basis.

THE ROLE : Building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients and providing a high standard of client service, with a core focus on privately owned clients.

Providing high-quality tax advisory services to those clients.

Oversight of tax compliance work.

Work as part of the Senior Management to build relationships with other members firms within the international network and collaborate on cross-border and international projects.

Providing mentorship to junior staff THE PERSON AITI and / or ACA or ACCA qualified.

At least 3 years experience in a management role in a reputable tax practice.

Experience in managing a private client portfolio with strong commercial expertise.

Relationship management - ability to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality, diverse relationships.

Demonstrate an ability to adapt to changing client and market needs, to contribute to new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.

Strong technical skills to deliver private client tax advisory services.

Experience in coaching and mentoring staff.

Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Strong Microsoft applications skills; Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power Point, and Word.
