Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategic commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.

Identify new business opportunities and lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for business expansion.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with overall business objectives.

Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements :

Proven track record of success in a commercial leadership role, preferably within the M&E industry.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable deals and contracts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
