Working closely with the Director of Nursing, youll play a key role in : Overseeing daily clinical operations and standards of care Supporting, mentoring, and developing nursing staff Ensuring compliance with HIQA regulations Contributing to a culture of warmth, respect, and professionalism What is Required : Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration Previous management or supervisory experience in a healthcare or nursing home setting Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulatory requirements Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to continuous professional development and supporting others to grow Whats on Offer?
