Assistant Director of Nursing ADON Hospital Dublin Monday - Friday Days Our client an established Hospital in Dublin wishes to recruit an Assistant Director of Nursing. The ADON will be overseeing the Wards / Daycare & ICU, you will be working alongside another ADON. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of a reputable hospital.

• Have at least 7 years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience at Clinical Nurse Manager level
• Have or be willing to undertake a relevant Masters Degree Programme
• Must be registered with the NMBI & have full work permits
• Must be working in a Hospital at the moment here in Ireland or similar
• Communication skills
• Organisational & interpersonal skills
• Up to date knowledge in clinical practice
• Management qualification or willing to undertake same
• Possess well-developed leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Computer skills.
• Must have excellent patient care to a high standard
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
