Job Title : Site Manager – Residential Projects

€70,000 - €75,000

Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential construction projects in Cavan Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations (e.g., Health & Safety Authority (HSA) standards).
• Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and trades to ensure work is progressing according to programme and specifications.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure quality control measures are enforced throughout the construction process.
• Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
• Assist in procurement of materials and coordination of deliveries to site.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, permits, and safety reports.
• Manage site logistics, including plant and equipment usage, waste management, and security.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, risks, and issues.
