Right now, we are looking for an experienced

Site Manager

to join our residential project in Mullingar.

Responsibilities

Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget as agreed by effectively and appropriately overseeing all issues surrounding risks, contracts, operations and communications

Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a large-scale site

Review high-level deliverables across site

Implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology

Manage project scope and mitigates risk across projects

Attend Health and Safety meetings with site team and subcontractors

Ensure that everyone on site is working in accordance with the Health & Safety policy and procedures

Ensure that all required materials are identified and ordered in a timely fashion in line with the program

Take the lead in ensuring the effective management of performance and budgets, ensuring they are well-coordinated and runs in accordance with the agreed contract program

Manage a direct labour workforce

Manage all sub-contractors

Work with and manage the site management team

Requirements

Degree / Higher Diploma / HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience)

Significant site management experience on residential projects

Background in residential developments essential

Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards

A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks / projects

Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are key

The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
