We are currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the food and beverage operations at a luxury hotel in Co. Sligo . This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service presentation
- Manage reservations, complaints, and customer feedback professionally
- Monitor budgets, sales targets, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar managerial role within a 4/ 5hotel or upscale restaurantStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of POS systems, stock management, and reportingFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysEmployment Details :
