We are seeking a confident and service-driven Duty Manager for a luxury hotel in Co. Sligo . This role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting various departments during shifts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage hotel operations in the absence of senior management
- Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
- Handle guest concerns, special requests, and feedback professionally
- Enforce health & safety and fire safety policies
- Complete end-of-shift reports and handovers accurately
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service
