Duties include (but not limited to) :

Formulate and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's operational objectives, optimizing costs while ensuring quality and reliable supply.

Identify, assess, and engage potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key vendors.

Track market trends and conditions to uncover opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and process enhancement.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and provide procurement guidance and support throughout the purchasing lifecycle.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, adopt best practices, and drive operational excellence in procurement.

Maintain and update procurement documentation, generate reports, and monitor performance metrics to track key indicators and ensure accountability

Position Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Demonstrated experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, ideally within the Construction industry.

Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Solid knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supply chain principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating across teams and organizational levels.

Proficient in procurement software and tools, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
