Senior Procurement Specialist

Role : Senior Procurement Specialist Salary : €55,000 - €65,000 Duration : Full time Location : Dublin Benefits : Bonus Healthcare & Pension contribution Senior Procurement Specialist Global leader in sustainable engineering projects with offices spanning the globe, tackling the worlds most complex challenges and on the looking for a Senior procurement specialist to join their team based in Dublin. You will play a key role in supporting client projects throughout Ireland and Europe, reporting directly to the Project Controls and Procurement Manager. You will serve as the primary procurement contact for multiple projects, guiding them from initial concept through to completion. You will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering procurement activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will be key to ensuring that procurement goals are achieved in line with project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. Responsibilities Develop and present procurement strategy plans for projects. Create and manage procurement tracking reports. Monitor inputs needed for equipment delivery. Track all procurement activities from tender to delivery, including bids, negotiations, and documentation. Handle all vendor communications during the tender process. Lead vendor clarification meetings and distribute minutes. Participate in internal and client project meetings. Ensure adherence to standard templates and procedures. Collect and analyse procurement data to report performance / compliance. Requirements relevant procurement experience. Background in multidisciplinary design Proven track record in sourcing vendor equipment. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and organizational capabilities. Skilled in interpreting and applying procurement policies, processes, and KPIs.
