Main Responsibilities : Respond to customer queries by phone, email, and in person Handle orders, returns, and general enquiries Resolve issues quickly, professionally, and with empathy Keep customer records up to date Collaborate with other teams to help resolve customer issues Support the team during busy periods (sales, promotions, holidays) Offer advice or guidance to customers looking for interior solutions or product information What Were Looking For : 12 years of customer service or retail experience A genuine interest in interior products, home styling, or design is a plus Good communication skills (written and spoken) Confident using email, phone systems, and Microsoft Office A positive attitude and a strong team player Ability to stay calm under pressure Fully available to work on-site in our Dublin office Skills : B2B customer service interpersonal skills
