Your new company As GP Practice Manager, you will join a healthcare hub in D11 reporting directly to the Principal GP.

You will join on a permanent basis.
Your new role As GP Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all non-clinical aspects of the practice.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to, overseeing the daily running of reception and administrative staff, monitoring appointments schedules, addressing patient queries, ensuring correct billing, managing staff rosters, conducting staff appraisals, liaising with suppliers for stock and equipment and general administrative support.

What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a management role within a GP Practice.
You will have proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and be competent using Socrates or a similar practice management software.
Previous experience in a role managing a team is required.
Excellent written and verbal service skills are necessary.
With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar environment with proficient administrative skills, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
