TerraGlen provides person-centred, outcome-focused residential support for children and young adults with disabilities.

We are now inviting applications for Relief Social Care Workers to join our residential services. Relief staff play a key part in maintaining continuity of care, and we welcome individuals who would like flexibility while still contributing meaningfully to high-quality support.

Whether you are balancing studies, family commitments, or another role, we are happy to work around your availability and offer shifts that fit comfortably with your schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care or another CORU-approved discipline.
• CORU Registration (or proof of CORU application) - mandatory from 30 November as per the Social Care Workers Registration Board.
• Full, clean Driving Licence with minimum two years' experience.
• A genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities.
