Relief Support Worker (Disability)

Residential & Respite Disability Services - Various Locations

TerraGlen provides person-centred residential and respite support for children and adults with disabilities. We are now seeking Relief Support Workers to join our teams and help deliver safe, respectful, and empowering care.

This role is ideal for those seeking flexible work. Whether you are studying, balancing family commitments, or looking for occasional shifts, we are happy to work around your availability.

What You'll Do

Support individuals with daily activities, personal care, and community participation

Encourage independence and meaningful engagement, in line with New Directions

Assist with household tasks and maintain a positive, safe environment

Record and report accurately, following professional and regulatory standards

Work as part of a supportive team and contribute to Person Centred Plans

Build respectful relationships with families, colleagues, and professionals

Support the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support plans

What You Need

A relevant Health Care Qualification - minimum FETAC Level 5 in healthcare or a recognised Social Care qualification

Full driving licence with two years' experience (preferred)

Reliability, compassion, and a person-centred approach

Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism
