Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Planner to join our Personal Financial Planning team.

You will work with individuals, families, and business owners, providing expert advice across retirement planning, investment strategies, protection, inheritance planning, and savings.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive financial reviews and personalised planning.

Deliver holistic financial advice tailored to clients short- and long-term goals.

Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure the best outcomes across pensions, investments, and protection.

Proactively seek new opportunities and referrals through networking and relationship building.

Requirements QFA qualification is essential, RPA / CFP designation advantageous.

5+ years' experience in a financial planning or advisory role.

Deep knowledge of pensions, protection, investments, and financial planning strategies.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
