What youll do Data Governance and Standardization : Implement data governance policies.

Drive standardization of data definition and accuracy of data from different sources.

Monitor information assets and people against those policies.

Be the custodian of accessibility to the dashboard.

Data Integration : Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data from various sources and maintain data integrity.

Performance Metrics : maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor financial performance and support strategic planning.

Data Analysis and Modeling : Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Financial Forecasting : Utilize statistical techniques and AI models to enhance financial forecasting accuracy and support budgeting processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science and finance to continuously improve analytical capabilities.

What youll bring Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Advanced English skills Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science and analytics, with comprehensive financial planning and analysis knowledge.

Experience with FP&A tools (e.g. OneStream), data visualization tools (Power BI or Qlik), and Oracle ERP / JDE.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
