The 2026 ORIX Aviation Graduate Programme is now open!

We are looking for graduates to be part of our vibrant team in the heart of Dublin.

Who we are :

Ireland is the global centre of excellence for aircraft leasing and ORIX Aviation have been an integral part of the sector since 1991.

ORIX Aviation currently have more than 200 aircraft owned, managed, and committed on lease to over 50 airline customers all over the world.

ORIX Aviation is also a 30% shareholder in Avolon, the world's third largest aircraft lessor.

We are a founding signatory to the Aircraft Leasing Ireland Sustainability Charter.

ORIX Aviation has offices in Dublin, Dubai and Tokyo.

Position

ORIX Aviation Graduate Programme :

Our year-long Graduate Programme in Dublin is open to candidates who are currently undertaking or have recently completed an undergraduate or Master's qualification.

If you are determined and eager to learn with an interest in aviation, we would love to hear from you.

Our 2026 Graduates will have the opportunity to work on one of the following teams for the full duration of the programme :

Aircraft and Asset Management Origination

Corporate Planning

Credit Risk

Financial Operations and Contracts Management

Leasing

Trading

You'll have a chance to learn more about these teams and discuss your preferences during the interviews and will be assigned a department closer to your start date.

We typically take on between 3 and 5 graduates every year, depending on suitability and business needs.

As well as offering you a competitive salary, we are committed to providing you with a purposeful learning experience where you can contribute, develop, and build your aviation network.

Our Graduates take on meaningful work assignments, add value, and are given the same responsibilities as other members of the team.

This involves working within cross functional teams to support the business delivering on "live" transactions.

Using and developing existing skills, Graduates will gain valuable hands-on experience and obtain regular feedback from their assigned manager.

Graduates will also partake in our Early Career Learning and Development Programme which will equip them with the skills and tools required to succeed in their roles.

As they progress through the ORIX ranks, they will receive additional training to assist with their progression and career development.

While Graduates are based in one team for the duration of the programme, they will gain exposure and work alongside all of our key departments.

By the end of the 12-month programme they will have gained exposure to all facets of the business and developed an excellent understanding of the aircraft leasing industry.

While our programme is 12 months in length, we aim to retain a high number of graduates.

It is worth noting that almost 25% of ORIX Aviation's workforce have come through our Graduate Programme.

Requirements

Who you are

Our 2026 Graduate Programme is open to graduates or final year students from all academic disciplines who ideally have achieved or are on track to achieving a minimum grade of a 2.1

You'll be highly organised and efficient, a keen learner and adaptable to change

A strong communicator, presenting information excellently both in written and verbal format.

You are a problem solver with a keen analytical ability and strong attention to detail.

You'll be a self-starter and enjoy working under pressure.

You enjoy building and managing relationships as part of a team.

You will have a keen interest in aviation

Stage One : Application

Application Opens : 22 September 2025

Application Closes : 31 October 2025

Stage Two : Case Study

After reviewing all applications, a select number of applicants will be sent a case study to complete on a specified timeline and submit online

Stage Three : Interviews & Psychometric Assessment

Interviewees will be notified in late November 2025

Two rounds of interviews will be conducted in late November 2025 and early January 2026, with online psychometric testing between interviews

Stage Four : Offers and Start Date

Offers will be made in January 2026

The Graduate Programme will be one year and have a flexible start date between June and September 2026
