Overview

Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.

We specialise in design through to construction across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning.

We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430MW of IT load in flight.

Winthrop Graduate Programme

Building on the success of our Graduate Programme introduced in 2022, we offer an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects across Ireland and Europe.

The programme enables graduates to gain valuable technical experience during a crucial stage in their careers.

It is designed to develop skilled professionals with a deep understanding of all phases of large-scale construction projects, providing exposure to the complete construction process.

Graduate positions are available in the following areas :

BIM Engineers (Head office based role in Dublin)

Civils, Structural and Architectural Engineering

Electrical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

Health and Safety

Quantity Surveyors

Construction Management

Finance (Head office based role in Dublin)

Responsibilities and learning journey

Your learning journey will span the entire lifecycle of a data centre project, from initial design and shell construction through to internal fit-out, commissioning, and final handover.

You will gain hands-on experience in both Construction and Project Management activities, covering the Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical aspects of the build.

You will also learn about the key roles played by teams across Commercial, Construction Management, Engineering, BIM, Quality and Health & Safety disciplines.

7 September 2026.

Requirements

Minimum Level 8 degree in a relevant discipline is required

Good communication skills

Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with different teams

A hands-on approach to ownership and successful delivery of tasks
