ICT Graduate

Start date : September 2026

Contract type : Full time; permanent

What You'll Do

Supporting the execution of the ICT Strategy : bringing it to life day-to-day within your role.

Working and managing projects : from digital to process improvement initiatives, ensuring best practice project management principles are followed.

Cross-functional collaboration : working within our manufacturing sites to deliver best-in-class service and a world-class customer experience.

Defining initial requirements : working with users to define initial requirements and prepare business cases.

Liaising with business users : engaging with business users at various levels of seniority and at all stages of the project lifecycle.

Collaborating with software vendors : working with software vendors and other service providers to resolve issues promptly.

Taking ownership : ensuring the delivery of solutions to our users.

Gaining exposure to cyber security : understanding the fundamental role it plays in protecting our customers and business.

Supporting advanced technology implementation : assisting in the implementation of advanced technology, digitalisation, and robotisation solutions for Kerry plants to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Programme Details

This is a permanent, full-time role that begins with a structured 2-year programme including rotational placements across different teams and functions.

From day one, you'll be immersed in real-world challenges, supported by a global network of mentors, with structured learning, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to travel across Europe.

The programme is designed to give you the skills, confidence, and experience to thrive in your career.

You'll be assigned a mentor and will learn from cross-functional subject matter experts.

Previous ICT graduates have advanced to global senior leadership roles both within and outside the ICT function.

What You Need

You're on track for a 2.2 or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computing Science, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.

You're ambitious, curious, and eager to apply your talents.

You're open-minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.

You're a graduate or a soon-to-be graduate.

You're fluent in English and ideally another language.

You're eligible to permanently work in the location you're applying to and are open to traveling and relocating.

Kerry Graduates must have permanent Right to Work in Europe or the UK (for UK-based roles) and be willing to relocate to other European countries during the program.
