Account Executive – First EMEA Hire (Dublin, Hybrid)
We're representing a recently funded, high-growth AI start-up that is scaling across Europe.
They're now hiring their
first Account Executive in EMEA
, based in Dublin, to lead sales across Ireland and beyond.
This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground floor and make a real impact.
You'll be selling a
disruptive AI solution
that's already generating significant interest across
Financial Services, Legal firms, and other regulated industries
What You'll Do
Own and close new business across Financial Services, Legal, and regulated industries
Run full-cycle enterprise sales processes, from prospecting to close (~€100k ACV, 3–4 month cycles)
Shape and refine the go-to-market playbook alongside the CRO and senior leadership team
Open doors and build long-term, senior-level relationships (General Counsel, CRO, COO, CIO, Risk & Compliance leaders)
Act as the first point of contact post-sale, ensuring client success and early expansion opportunities
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Delivery to tailor messaging, demos, and proposals to client needs
Represent the company as a trusted partner in boardrooms, industry events, and thought leadership forums
What We're Looking For
7+ years' SaaS sales experience, with a track record of winning new business in complex enterprise environments
Strong network and relationships within
Financial Services, Legal, or other regulated industries
Proven ability to run long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles at senior (C-suite) level
Experience in start-up or scale-up environments a big plus — comfortable building from scratch
Knowledge of AI, compliance, or data-driven solutions advantageous but not essential
Smart, articulate, and confident in front of executive-level clients
Based in Dublin, with flexibility for hybrid working and regular client meetings
