Management Accountant, Growing MNC, Waterford

A rapidly expanding enterprise in the engineering space is seeking a talented finance professional to join its evolving team. With recent growth in operations and client base, the company is looking to appoint an Accountant who will support and enhance the full spectrum of financial activities. Key Responsibilities : Compile and deliver monthly financial reports across multiple entities within the group Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, system enhancements, and strategic tax planning Perform timely and accurate reconciliations of balance sheet accounts Oversee inter-company transactions and ensure proper documentation Establish and refine internal accounting procedures and financial policies Continuously assess and strengthen internal financial controls Ensure full compliance with statutory and tax-related requirements Coordinate year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors Contribute to special projects and ad hoc financial initiatives as needed Ideal Candidate : Newly Qualified Accountant Experience in a dynamic or fast-paced industry would be preferable Strong proficiency in financial systems and general IT tools Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Must be fluent in English An attractive remuneration & benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
